We provide expert clerk of works and site inspection services to highly-established businesses across the public and private sectors.

For each project, we designate a qualified Clerk of Works who acts on behalf of the client and provides the following services:

• ensures that work is carried out to the client's standards, specification and agreed schedule
• carries out visual inspections whilst referring to relevant drawings and written instructions
• makes sure workmanship and materials meet the specifications and quality standards
• checks that work complies with legal requirements
• highlights any health and safety legislation issues.
