Paul is a seasoned estimator, surveyor, contracts manager and estimating director, with over 30 years’ experience.

Paul’s skills span the full range of estimating services, from enquiry to tender form or anything in between. This includes preparing scheduled work quantities (BoQ), interim valuations, final accounts and general contract administration.

Starting at residential and commercial building firm Frederik J French in 1987, Paul’s career progressed through estimating and project management roles until he became a self-employed estimator in 2005.
